We are a small, venture-backed biotech startup based in Philadelphia, PA, USA. Our team is made of individuals from various backgrounds and passionate about the advancement of biotherapeutics. Our goal is to apply AI-driven enzyme engineering to break down glucosepane cross-links—stubborn bonds that stiffen collagen and accelerate visible aging.
Why does our work matter?
Glucosepane accounts for the vast majority of age-related collagen cross-links. If we can give connective tissue a selective enzyme that breaks only this bond—without damaging the surrounding matrix—we open the door to a new class of evidence-based rejuvenation tools and a clearer understanding of how collagen aging can be reversed.
